Medical Which Medical School Should I Choose: OSU vs. University of Iowa?

Hello everyone, I would like to get some advice. I was lucky enough to receive multiple medical school acceptance. I have boiled down my choices to OSU and the University of Iowa. If I go to OSU, I would be graduating with 150k-200k assuming in-state residence. However, at the University of Iowa I would be graduating with less than 72k. While the decision seems pretty obvious, OSU is my dream school. Any advice on which school might be a better option if seeking a Dermatology Residency program?

Cheaper, hands down. It's easier to have more money when you have less debt.
