Which medical schools accept applications from 3rd years?

As long as you receive your Bachelor's, they will all consider you application.

However, the younger you are, the more they will question your maturity.

Just their website. If they require a degree, then it won't work. Most schools don't require a degree, but almost all students have a least a bachelors.
