I've been party to a very ugly discussion regarding the future of family practice and I've come to notice something about our primary care physicians: They tend to be terribly insecure about their place in life and their role in health care, after all they seem unnerved by the idea of PA's and nurse practitioners.

Which specialty do you all feel is the most insecure as a group?
