Which method is more effective?

Took MCAT once in 2009.
Will be taking MCAT next year.
Done with school and currently deciding what to do.
My diagnostics are :
Biological Science : 8
Verbal :7
Physical Science: 8

1. Take my job off from now until January and "study full time" and take Jan. 28th?

2. Do constant study while doing job (~2~3hours/day study) for 4 months and take the March test?

You don't have much time til January so take either March or April
