Step III Which NBME self assessment is relevant for STEP 3?

I'm a little confused as to which ones are in preparation for STEP 3...I was about to buy all the separate field self-assessments (neuro, EM, family, etc), but nobody seems to mention any of these in their studying materials which makes me think this is stuff for STEP 2

Yes, the above are for shelf exams. UWorld Sims are more than enough to give you a rough idea of your preparation.
