I got accepted to both and I was wondering which one is better. Which one will most likely easier for me to pass and get better grades.Which one has a better future after graduation. I hate bad professors so tthat is a big factor to me. Also which one has a better tutoring options for students who struggle with the material?

I vote either

1) Reapply to schools out of the region where tuition and cost of living are cheaper, or
2) Consider a different field.

Tuition at both schools is over $40k/year in a region that is saturated to the extreme. Your wallet will thank you in the future if you choose either of the above.

Lol I am so not doing the whole pharmacy/pcat carp ever again. And most pharmacy schools are 40k. Evrybody is so fricking negative about pharmacy and i get it but Does anyone else has a real insight about the two schools?

If those two are the only schools that you made, choose cheaper school. no matter what education you go through, you will get a same degree.

I can't give you any insight to LIU but I got accepted to/and plan to attend Touro NY for the following reasons:

- New York City. I figured if I'm gonna spend 4 years of my life somewhere, its gonna be somewhere amazing. School and rent is going to be expensive but I'm gonna make it worth it; Touro is the only pharmacy school in Manhattan so I plan to indulge in the vast clinical opportunities of the major institutions of the city.

-the test scores have been shaky in the past few years, but since its only graduated 2 classes they're still making adjustments. They just announced that they are no longer on accredidation probation and had their most recent class' pass rate to be 94%. Its a work in progress but its going in the right direction.

-professors.... I've heard hit and miss. With the 2 professors that I interviewed with, they were open, intelligent, caring and compassionate about their students. But that's only 2 professors. What I've heard from other people is that there are other professors with thick and heavy accents who you can't understand and don't care about the students.

I would assume LIU has a great program too but I don't know too much about it. The choice is yours in the end and which school you think is a better fit for you, good luck!

Touro was originally on probation it offers a unique program of 2 plus 2.
Liu is an old pharmacy school so it should have more networks and good rotation sites.
Choose the cheapest school tuition wise they are both out there, but know that touro doesn't offer scholarships Liu might and first two years in Liu is considered undergraduate.
