I see convicted pedophiles in the hospital where I work and it's really a drag. I mean, it's a good thing they got some jail time but now they're like the walking wounded because there are public lists of these people and the information is totally accessible and they can't get work, etc.

Well, maybe they should have thought of that before they committed the worst crime a human being can commit.

Either that, or become a priest.

You've got sympathy for a pedophile? All pedophiles should be tortured for the rest of their lives. They're the sickest sexual deviants on Earth. Anyone who would hurt a child needs their ass beaten.

I so totally do not have sympathy for them!!

In fact, I get really freaked out when they come in and we (my coworkers and I) will look people up on the local Sex Offenders list if someone seems too weird or something. In fact the only way we figured it out was one time this guy kept coming in and harrassing the 20 year old I sit next to. He kept mentioning he'd been in jail for NINE years and based on his totally creepy behaviour (and being bored and a little nosy) we looked him up and sure enough! there he was. Dudes, I almost lost my lunch.



I'm just saying, that they do suffer terrible punishment the rest of their lives, and sometimes they don't even make it out of jail alive. It's messed up all around.

Most criminals have ethics, and people who prey on children don't fare well in jail.
