which pharm jobs have most down-time

I've had some retail and hospital exposure. Except for evening shifts, down time seems low.
I know there are other pharm venues, like nuclear, clinical, administrative, gov etc.
How do these rank with slower paces of work, or as a non-filler? Just curious. Thank ya.

Industry. Its more of a corporate environment, by 5:30 everyday the office is like a ghost town except Friday when some work half-days or from home.
