So I can only go to one of these interviews...which one would yall pick if you had the option for med peds.

That is to say which place has the better med peds program.

Everyone has different criteria - there is no "better" program

What are YOU looking for in a program? How important is location? Weather? Research opportunity? Clinical exposure? Continuity clinic? Do you have a spouse or significant other? Do you have kids and worry about schools? Everyone has different priorities - you didn't mention what you are looking for - so randomly asking strangers on a forum to help you pick between the two program - might as well toss a coin (heads is buffalo, tails is Missouri)
