Which programs ---> no response= rejection

Hey everyone I hope interview season is treating you all well 🙂 So my question is does anyone know of programs that just do not respond in order to reject you? and for these programs when should one give up hope, in dec maybe? i know there would still be a chance of invites after cancellations. thanks in advance for your input
