Slightly off-topic: are you planning an MCAT retake?

I would 100% go to LECOM and PCOM programs, also to TCOM, but I don't know enough about the other programs to give you a confirm/deny

I would just take undergraduate science courses and then retake the MCAT.

Agreed. That's why I was asking about a MCAT retake. 24 is low. Could also increase the OPs chances of acquiring some killer LORs/ECs.

You're trying MD, with that MCAT, and only applying to DO and not-at-a-med-school programs? That makes no sense.

Get serious if you want to do MD. Get your MCAT up over average (31+) to counter your below average GPA. Get some A's in hard undergrad classes like biochem & genetics. Then (after you have a competitive MCAT in hand, after you've figured out great study skills) apply to good SMPs like Gtown, Loyola, EVMS etc.

Otherwise focus on DO.

And I vote TCOM or LECOM. Low price good schools.

Best of luck to you.

Yes, end of the summer.
