Which Schools Give DMD/DDS?

So I know the difference between DMD and DDS is nonexistent and is also a very touchy subject on SDN, but does anyone know where there is a list of all the schools and which degree they award? I did a search on here and google but couldn't find anything, but I am curious to see which schools offer which degrees.

With some exceptions, most of the east coast schools grant DMD, and the west DDS.

I was wondering where I had seen it and now I remembered; if you have the ADEA Guide to Dental Schools, it's listed on the first page of each school's entry.

If its in the D School bible it must be compiled online somewhere right? Maybe Doc put it into a table at some point...
