Which schools to apply to?

Hey all,

So just a brief bit about myself:

Canadian student
Ivy Undergrad
3.8 overall
36-38 MCAT
Lot of leadership ****
Lot of research work
Good amount of volunteer work


In terms of med schools, which ones IN THE STATES should I be applying to that will improve my chances as an international student?

I've also heard that many top schools consider Canadians the same as Americans, is this true? if so, which schools would these be?
