which schools to apply?

Hello everyone,

I am very new to the DO forums and was just wondering if anyone could shed some insight on my chances of admission or which schools would be best to apply to at this time.

sGPA: 3.54
MCAT: 510 (83%)
Good ECs (volunteering, international poster presentations and publications)
Canadian

Whats important to you? You have competitive stats.. So do some research on what is important to you in a school. Public? Private? Small? Big? City? Rural? Location? Curriculum type? What kind of school did you go to? Is family being close important to you? Regional preference? I could just give you the link to the aacom website with all the do schools listed, you gotta do some research and find out what is important to you in a school.

Thanks everyone! Do you guys know if DO schools weight the science portions of the MCAT more heavily than say CARS or Psych/Soc?
