Which scores to send in?

Hi,

I have a question in regards to which scores to send in. I’ve taken the GRE twice and in comparison the second time I went up in verbal reasoning but down in quantitative reasoning. I’ve heard that quantitative reasoning is weighed more, but I think there is also an option to just send in both scores. Is it worth it to send in both or pick the one with the Higher quantitative score? Also is the scaled score more important or the percentile? Thank you.
