Whichs schools have a minimum GPA?

I don't mean a recommended but like Osu won't even look at apps with gpa under 3. Are there any other schools like this?

Most schools do, even when not explicitly stated. To me, it makes sense that they would have some minimum cutoff to where they won't even consider the application at all.
