What titles do you embroider on your scrubs/white coat?

With midlevel creep, I am leaning towards the second or even third option.

I formerly worked at a PE-owned group that opted for option 3, they went so far as to include board-certified dermatologist on the scrub top / white coat

They employed a ton of midlevels but wanted to very clearly delineate amongst the physicians and "providers" (e.g. did not allow DNPs to address patients as Doctor)

That sounds like an ethical PE group. Seems like most PE groups are trying to blend all physicians and midlevels into "providers"
