So no one is going to answer the man's question??
Clearly, wheat > white (bread).
Clearly, wheat > white (bread).

Yeah, except for the two people right above you who both gave answers.
I don't know any bread made out of white so I'll go with bread made out of wheat.

Neither. I can't eat regular bread because I have celiac disease. The best GF bread I have eaten is made from millet. 🙂
wheat
100% whole-wheat

Obviously wheat... unless you're going old school with a hot dog rolled in a piece of bread... with ketchup... then white for sure. Oh, childhood.
Neither - Go primal - no grains.

white vs wheat. go
Neither. I choose whole grain; unless, you mean whole grain wheat.
The majority of research has shown that there isn't much difference in developing co-morbiditites in people who eat white vs. wheat unless the wheat is whole grain (or multi-grain [>5 grains]).

Usually when people mention wheat, they don't differentiate between refined vs. whole grain wheat. Whole grain wheat is superior in reducing chronic cardiovascular disease.

good distinction
definitely multi grain
I'm sure the correct answer to this question is:
If it ain't white, it ain't right.
If it ain't white, it ain't right.
Next time you wanna be a fail troll, at least make this more interesting....like,
WHITE vs. DARK MEAT
...or something!

Troll? I don't think this was meant to be a racial thread. Don't be quick to jump to conclusions.

Not trying to be rude but, I'm confused, what does this have to do with osteopathic medicine? Did I miss anything?😕
White tastes way better but I'm still forced to eat wheat since that's the only one my mom buys 🙁
Honestly, I prefer to eat white bread. Since I can't afford it, I will be more than happy to wheat.
Garlic and onion Rye. **** all y'alls.
the process for making wheat bread tends to be more holistic in approach, so most DOs prefer it to allopathic white breadNot trying to be rude but, I'm confused, what does this have to do with osteopathic medicine? Did I miss anything?😕

oooh, hahaha, thank you for clearing that up 👍😉
Although some people say "bread is bread" and for all purposes wheat have all the same practice rights as white bread, there tends to be a certain stigma against wheat bread in some areas of the nation. Some people think that wheat is only an option after all attempts for obtaining white bread have been exhausted. Either way, they both are superior to the Caribbean banana bread. Personally I prefer the taste of wheat.
White.
You say wheat, but in your heart, nobody wants a PBJ on wheat...
i prefer what bread with normal sandwiches, but eating a wheat PBJ is like eating your own throw up.

You are obviously missing the humor behind my comment! You're the one who needs to stop jumping to unnecessary conclusions!

Well, then in that case I apologize; because, this would have been more appropriate....
