Who are we standardized with?

Are we compared to all previous years' test-takers or just those w/in the previous 365 days (or some cutoff like that)?

or is this a mystery?

I dont know exactly how they do it, but in the official website they say that they make the test in a way that who ever score a 200 today have the same knowledge of some one that score a 200 4 years ago, and they do it mainly by statistic.

Now I dont know about statistics so dont look at me, Im just telling what they say.
