Does anybody know the website where I can find cover letters of applying clinical fellowships of cardiothoracic anesthesia? Toronto General Hospital response my e-mail and ask me to send CV and three reference letters to them.

I never write a CV and reference letters in English. I don't know what contents they generally want and what the format might be.

I don't know of any particular website but I have never looked for one. There are some errors and omissions in your grammar. Make sure you get your materials proofread by a native English speaker before you send them in.

Go to the websites of various anesthesia departments. They often have the CVs of their faculty online.
