who to address letters to?

One of my letter writers asked me if "To Whom It May Concern:" would be appropriate.

Any other thoughts on this?

To Whom it May Concern is appropriate.

So is Medical School Admissions Committees if you are sure you won't be using the letter for any other purpose.
