I know that NO ONE wants you too, but let's face it, some of us have to. After all its only money, and some are only $250 to start.

Pshhh, I wish!! I guess if more of mine were $250 I might, but 2 of 3 are $1000!

just wondering but why do you have to hold on to more than one seat????

is it because you can't decide? because if you're waiting for other schools, then atleast in my honest opinion, you should give up the seats and hold on to only one of them esp because you know you're not going to go to them.

short and simple: trying to get into school with my fiance (Augest Mcater).

My long time girlfriend is finishing med school this year and matching in March, I have to hold on to more than one seat to better the chances that she will match near where I have a chance to go to school. Oh how much easier it would be if this wasn't the case (Vegas BABY!) 😉

First off:

I only applied to schools that I have a real interest in attending.

Secondly:

I am only going to hold acceptances until a school I'm sure I will like more comes along. At that point in time, I will immediately relinquish my seat(s).

It's a practical method.

If I get an acceptance I'll hold for the school I want most.

No reason to keep other applicants waiting in misery and paying a lot to hold seats.

Now I just need an acceptance.
