Besides economic reasons?

pharmacists just dispense and distribute drugs, they don't really "invent" drugs themselves, that belongs to the biochemists.

please don't give me the usual "helping people" excuse, it's becoming mundane.🙄

WTH??? this is a serious post! i want to hear you people's thoughts on why becoming a phrmcist. I have no experience to pharmacy and I am planning on applying. I don't see any clue as to why people would think this is a "tr😡ll p😕st"

why are you applying with no experience... get out of here... no one needs to tell you what to do or convince you

You're probably looking for answers to an interview question. No problem with that. I'd help you out, but I have absolutely no recollection of what I said at the interviews and I threw away my practice notes. ;$

Meeting older women.

And being the most educated person in the unemployment line.

So I can be the most educate....darn, you beat me to it. 😛

So I can help peop...Opps, that one is mundane.

I guess it was to earn a good living at a job I don't hate providing a valuable service to my community? At some point in time I also had the concept of pharmacists as being trusted/respected, but I am ambivalent about that point now. Being the only doctor in my family once excited me as well.

I was stuck in retail and I figured pharmacy is a good option if you are going to stay in retail.

Also, I don't like poo.
