Why do anticholinergics cause hypotension?

I think there are 2 big reasons (probably other mechanisms as well):
ganglionic blockade -> blocked sympathetic reflexes for postural changes (orthostatic hypotension)
cholinergic block at the adrenal medulla -> decreased NE, Epi outflow

Only for the ganglion nicotinic ACh blocking agents like trimethophan and hexamethonium.
