Why do I have two different mail out dates under School Designations?

Question. Why do I have two mail out dates under school designations for all my schools? First mail out date says 08/21/2015 and there is a second one right underneath that says 08/28/2015

Im not really worried about, but would just like to know what it might mean.

If I had to speculate, it's what happens when your LOR's and/or official DAT score are received after your verified transcript was already mailed out. The remaining information is subsequently sent out in the next mailing batch.
