Who is Goljan and why does everyone consider his lectures or books or whatever so important?
melvindo said:For me it is the manner in which he teaches, constantly challenging you and asking questions. Also the fact that he pulls from so many subjects and integrates them helps me. Plus, I think it is fun to hear a professor say that some pathologists don't know "DORK about DORK".
You have to respect a man like that.
tum said:question--do any of his students on this site know what he's talking about when he says he was 'healed' from his Lou Gehrig's?
FoxyDoc said:From what I've seen, I would agree. I've recently discovered his 36 pages and they are awesome!
Idiopathic said:Pretty much just that...I think the man is brilliant, but this is sort of ludicrous. He claims to have had all the 'positive' tests for a diagnosis and then spontaneous recovery...ok.
