Why give GnRH agonist in central Precoc puberty ?

wouldn't that make it worse by increasing LH even more ?

Continuous GnRH suppresses LH and FSH release because GnRH receptors get downregulated. Pulsatile GnRH would increase FSH and LH. So continuous GnRH is given to treat precocious puberty and endometriosis, whereas pulsatile GnRH can be used to treat infertility.
