The advantage of a big hospital system, tho is that they usually can get it for you...

EtOH hurts... But is a lot more readily available, so I have used it for a couple of cancer patients.

Compounding pharmacy and have them mix it in a glycerol base. You can buy 89% and mix it yourself but OSHA says you need a fume hood.
