Why is it called myeloma when plasma cells from the lymphoid lineage?

Title says it all. I tried Googling, but couldn't really find an answer. If you look at the image below, you can see that plasma cells are from the lymphoid lineage. Is this just a misnomer, or am I missing something fundamental?

While typically we use myeloid to refer to that specific lineage that is non lymphoid, the term "myeloid" derives from the greek word "muelos" which just means "marrow." So while confusing, calling it a myeloma is still correct.
