that when i go to the AMCAS website, that everything else is CHECKED OFF, except for the certification/transmission box. I submitted 6 days ago. If this has been asked before, sorry. Thanks for the future advice.

Whenever you go back into your application, i.e.to make a change, make a paper copy, or even just look at how it would look printed out -- the little certification box gets unchecked for some reason. This was explained to me by one of the infamous AMCAS "specialists." As long as there is a date certified and a date submitted listed on your app, and your credit card has been charged and you show a zero balance owed, then you should be all right. (Well, as all right as it's possible to be this year.) Best of luck.
