Why is MWU-AZ missing my letters if AADSAS and supp. received?

On the MWU-AZ portal, the status of my recommendation letter reads "expected" (with a red "x" since this is not complete). There is a green check for DAT scores and supplemental. MWU-AZ sent me an email on 6/15 indicating that they have received my AADSAS. I immediately paid the supp. fee and submitted the supp. application. Since my letters are a part of AADSAS, why are the letters still listed as "expected"?

The portal states: "Letters of recommendation are not automatically uploaded when we receive your application. Please allow up to two weeks for the processing of your application documents." However, I saw in the interview thread that someone has received an interview from this school, thus prompting my question.

Thanks!

It says my LORs are expected as well. Nothing to worry about, just have to be patient. The guy who received the interview invite is an international student, so he was processed faster because international students have to make travel arrangements earlier than those of us who live in the US.

I had the same question, but earlier today they were marked as complete. Be patient, it will happen.

My LOR are in though! My entire app is complete. I did use interfolio, so maybe thats why I received an interview invite 4 days after paying the supplemental 🙂
