i dont know whats going on. i had released my USMLE transcript a while back with both my step 1 and CK grades already on it. it shouldnt be updated, cus theres nothing new to report on it...why did it all of a sudden show up again on the 12th?? what are these programs going to think? someone please help 😕

For me it shows 7 transcripts right from 4th sept to 12th.
I dont have any new info either in my transcripts.

I dont know what's happening

OMG 7 transcripts??? lol damn. i hope someone has some light to shed on this! i dont want this affecting how and when these programs evaluate my application 🙁

Every time you send out a batch of apps, ERAS makes a new request for your USMLE transcript just in case there is an update (ie:new scores). If all your apps go out on the same day, only one USMLE transcript request is made. Its no big deal.

Ah I see. Nice piece of info. I made applications in 9 batches. So 2 more transcripts to go.

oh ok cool thanks for the info! i applied to another program after my initial batch so that must be the reason...thanks for clearing that up!

That's strange--I sent out apps in three batches, yet my post office shows only one transcript. There are only duplicates for one program, and that one program shows duplicates for everything.

I sent out applications in 2 batches. On 09/02 I applied to 20 programs and on 09/03 I applied to 1 program. My ERAS account shows three USMLE transcripts dated 09/03, 09/07 and 09/12.

😕

Na, I have set it to manual transmission

When you go into ADTS there is a list of questions you can access on the upper right side. This is from there...

Each time you apply to new programs the NBME or ECFMG has to process a new request for your USMLE transcript. You should allow 3-5 days for this to be completed. This will ensure that the programs have the most up-to-date version of your USMLE transcript.

But that doesn't explain why it shows up on their profiles and not mine.

Not that most of these programs care enough to pay attention, but, if they wanted to know, they could tell one was desperate by the fact that the USMLE transcripts were being downloaded again and again, right?
