Why Kaplan can be found pirated and Falcon can't?

Why is the Kaplan course so widely available, I even heard the 2010 edition can be found amongst some people. Then I see Falcon which seems like a good course esp with goljan teaching patho and none of their books or videos are found online unless purchased. Is it that Kaplan is indeed quite better than Falcon and no one cares to waste their time getting out falcon. Or falcon just has better internet security?

very intrigued to know that too...so far I havent seen anyone around who took falcon...
