I don't get it, why in the world would we need to memorize all the equations in Industrial Pharmacy course?!?! It's all physics, what's the point in memorizing all those conversions, numbers, units, long ***** equations??

To pass the test silly.

Why memorize anything? What information in your book couldn't you look up? 😉

i never memorized equations in highschool math or physics, not even in IB Math HL or Physics SL!!

High school? I never did crap in high school!

You didnt have to memorize in undergrad?

You don't have to memorize in every other pharmacy course?

read WVU's post in the pharmacy traits thread that's active right now. haha

you learn it to pass the test, the end.

Memorization is essential, but physics/equations??? I don't think so..

but at the end, ya, do it to pass it. 😉

Sure, there are things you just have to memorize to know it (like drug names for instance), but I agree with the OP. There is no point to memorizing equations. You will memorize the ones you use on a daily bais, the others you can look up if you need to. I never understood the point of not having equations given to us for exams (unless it is just a few equations, then it is ok).
