Why SLU?

I just received an interview at SLU. I'm pretty ambivalent and ignorant about the school, so I would love to hear something about the place.

I have interviewed at USC, WashU and UMich. I'm a California resident, but I'm from the Chicago originally, so either location is close enough to family. Although, you can't argue with Cali's weather. I currently live in LA and I would be sad about leaving, but I would move.

I want to go into psychiatry and do some research, but I don't think I'm a gunner. I did not feel like I "fit in" at WashU. I found St. Louis to be acceptable, but not fabulous.

Convince me why I need to head back to St. Louis. (Note: Assume at least one acceptance to an aforementioned school. Obviously, I'll be on a plane if I'm acceptanceless.)

Sorta depends on where are you accepted. I am guessing USC or UMich. If USC, then your dream of staying in SoCal is fulfilled, and you can decline SLU interview. If UMich, then it's worth checking out SLU. (Not that I am implying that USC is more awesome than UMIch. I was just saying it based on your preference).
