i was asked by a patient why you need to take the Xalatan at night. I had no clue. We all know that the CAI are prescribed for evening use, but why is that. The supposition I gave the pt was that the eye drops can make your vision temporarily blurry, so that's why they tshould take it at night. Also the increase in humorous outflow may bother them in the day time????? who knows. Does anyone know the reason?
