I'm trying to decide between nov 4 8 11 and 15. does it matter much which of these i sign up for? The schools is supposedly " non rolling " and releases all decisions at the same time.
Will a week matter in signing up for interview date?

No - pushing your interview back by one week won't make a difference. If this school is one of your top choices, it may be to your benefit to choose a later date so that you can go in with some interview experience under your belt.
