Will AMCAS tell me if my school sends in a dud for a transcript?

If my school forgets to use the wax seal, or signature or some other AAMC requirement, will AMCAS let me know? It's been a while since I requested a transcript and I'm wondering if the school goofed.

No..... if the while has been more than 3 weeks, you should follow up

Hmm...if AMCAS marks transcripts as received, does that mean that AMCAS determined they are in good condition, as per their guidelines? Or can AMCAS still send them back during the verification period, forcing an applicant to start all over?
