Medical Will certification courses help with medical school?

Greetings experts, non-traditional pre-med. My work has offered to pay for a certification which may help with med school admissions. I truly cannot figure out which is the best one. I have narrowed it down to three that I am very interested in. I would enjoy doing any of them very much. Please help me pick one that would be best for admissions?

1. Nutrition and Healthy Living - 6 months
2. Wellness Counseling - 2 months
3. Global Health - 4 months.

Pick the one that YOU would enjoy the most as all of these would have the same impact on admissions.

If you work toward a Certification, but then never use it, it will not have an impact on med school admissions. Will the scope of your employment allow for the use of any of those certifications?

I don't think these will be useful unless you have a job that is interesting that requires one. The certifications themselves aren't helpful.
