I have an interview conflict with one of my favorite schools with another school that has been my dream reach.

Would I be put at a disadvanatage if I reschedule an interview? I don’t want adcoms thinking I’m don’t want to go to their school as I have a genuine strong interest in both.

Adcomms won't know. Your request will be handled by office staffers in the Admissions Office who are unlikely to engage you in a conversation about whether there is a wedding to attend, you found a great discount for flight tickets, or it's just more convenient to come on a different date.

It is not uncommon for people to seek to reschedule an interview. Be polite and don't give it a second thought.
