I'm in my last year of completing my bachelor's degree in accounting, and I hope to have at least a 3.4 gpa when I'm finished. I like 2 semesters of pharm.d. pre-requisite courses. I haven't taken the PCAT yet, but I have started studying to take it in January. What do you all think about the accounting degree, will it help? or not at all?

It is a non-factor. Finish up your pre-reqs and do well, thats all that matters.

Thanks for the reply. I didn't know if having a bachelor's degree would help or not. Thanks for clearing that up for me.

Having a bachelor's will definitely help at some schools, it is not always a non-factor. Of course schools care most about your prereq grades, but anything to distinguish yourself from the rest is helpful. I applied last year and one school to which I applied openly stated that they like bachelor degrees and the other (which I currently attend) said it was not a factor. Btw, I also have my bachelors.
