I have been complete for most of my schools but one school wanted me to send a committee letter since one of my two profs weren't academic enough (one was a PI faculty). Given that I was complete at all the other schools with my original letters, should I go ahead and send them an additional committee letter just in case? I'm now worried that my two prof letters aren't good enough. I decided to not send a committee letter in the beginning because I thought my two prof letters were more personal.

Will it lengthen the reviewing process though? Some of these schools have me as already under review so idk if they will back track when they receive a new letter or just take it into consideration.

I can't say for sure, but I would be surprised if it actually set you back.
