Can the cheating scandal going on at NECO potentially harm future classes when taking the NBEO?

Will those involved be active in teaching the new class in labs/clinic?

Has the school made a statement?

I looked at the NBEO forums and it didn't say literally which school or schools were under investigation.

No. I don't believe so. It's probably better to just wait and see what happens, that's a really loaded topic title and I recommend not pushing it further at least until the issue is resolved.
