Will schools average the MCAT if you re-took it because of expiration?

If your MCAT score is expired and you re-take it, will med schools still average it with the old one?

Varies by school. Considering your expired must be the old test and your new one will be the new format, I think you can pretty safely assume your new score will get 99% of the attention. Unless your old one was very high or low, they probably wont even go through all the effort of converting and averaging.
