So, my freshman year wasn't too hot, to say the least, and my sophomore year was much better. Junior year, much much better, and lets say senior year will look pretty darn good. I am taking a year off to apply, as I will be taking pre-reqs like English and such during senior year among other upper level science classes. My question is, will senior year matter more for me, as I am applying after I graduate, or will it not matter at all? I am hoping it matters as I have possibly the best upward trend possible. I took most of my prereqs junior year, but there are still some left. The only prereq in freshman year was Orgo I, and the second one was taken in the summer after junior year. What do you guys think?

At the risk of sounding like Simon Cowell, are you really asking this question??
Of course your senior year will matter, especially if you are not applying until after your senior year. In reality, for you, your senior year will be the most important year in you entire college career.

Your senior year will be your best opportunity to make a great impression on med school admissions committees. So do not blow your senior year.

^ everything that person said. Since you have such an upward trend, it will definitely matter a lot.

Also, how the heck did you take orgo your freshman yr??

Not only will it matter, but in your case it will definitely help. Since you will have pretty much completed your pre-reqs, you have the opportunity to boost your GPA pretty nicely (both BCPM and overall) if you choose your classes wisely.
