Will there be a test-prep week 2011?

I'm a fourth year but really benefited from Test-Prep week 2009 when I was a second year and would love to pass the tip on to others at my med school...does anyone know if it'll be happening again?

May I ask what Test-Prep week is? As an M2 gearing up to take Step 1 in April, I would love all the help I can get! 🙂

When I was in the same boat two years ago, SDN had test-prep week and vendors of test prep materials came on SDN to advertise their products and also had give aways and raffles. I won a 3-month kaplan qbank subscription and also some neat dry-erase board sheets that i used when studying.

As a side note, I am a fourth year who studied on my own for Step 1 using First Aid, Kaplan Lecture Notes, USMLE World QBank and Goljan audio. I did well, but if I had it to do over again I would use Doctors in Training online course...that's what I did for Step 2 and really enjoyed it...much less stress knowing someone else was planning my time and emphasizing what was important.

I was told, several months ago, that test prep week 2011 will be in February or March of this year rather than January. So I think it's going to happen.
