Wilm's tumor with mediastinal node.

Does anyone know good literature regarding treatment of mediastinal disease in wilm's tumor.

This is 3 yr child with gross intraabdominal and mediastinal disease.Post surgery(abdominal) patient had residual. Patient had received RT(abdominal) and chemotherapy .Now present scan does not show mediastinal disease. Patient never had lung lesion.

Any opinion on radiotherapy to mediastinal disease .Which dose/volume?

Seriously, most of us have lost all memory of pediatric rad onc during our post-oral boards drinking binge.

I may be able to tell you in 8 years or so when I re-cert 😉

I don't off hand have lit in front of me but I have some Wilms on trx on protocol now. Both stage 3 + and got 12 gy to the whole lungs which would have covered the mediastinum. GTV and other sites of initial disease went to 1050 unless they were in the liver (1950) or residual after chemo (extra 750). I can look through the citations for you, don't recall them off hand.
