Withdrawal from a Phys Ed Class?

So I'm taking this credit/no credit phys ed class right now and I've come to really despise it. This might be a dumb question, but would it really hurt my chances of getting into medical school if I withdrew from my one credit cross training course?

It would be better if you pushed through and finished it, but one W shouldn't hurt your chances.

No. I had a W on my transcript, and literally not a single one of my interviewers has asked me about it. And mine was in an academic class.
