Withdrew my app last year, do I have to rewrite my PS?

I submitted my primary application to TMDSAS last year before receiving my MCAT score. Because my score was low, I ended up withdrawing my application before submitting secondaries. Unfortunately, my application was already transmitted to schools so I am seen as a reapplicant this year. I highly doubt the schools looked at my application without my secondaries, MCAT score, or CASPer.

I really love the personal statement that I wrote last year and it still accurately portrays the experiences I've had from the time I withdrew my application to now so I do not want to change it if I don't have to. Should I rewrite my personal statement just in case or can I update current activity descriptions and submit?

They can still refer to your application from last year, so do yourself a favor and revamp the personal statement.
Has your perspective and motivation changed since last year?
Can you at least re-order your points so it does not look copied/pasted?

Thanks for the reply! Since last year, I have continued with volunteering and working as a medical assistant so my motivations and perspective have stayed the same. However, I do appreciate your point that they can still refer to my application from last year even if they didn't see it. For that reason, it may be better to err on the side of caution and re-order/re-vamp my personal statement. Thanks for the advice!
