    @OrthoTraumaMD is correct, the appropriate place for this thread is in the Free Classified section. I will move it there.

    Since the point of the thread is to promote the event rather than have a broader discussion about women in medicine, I'm deleting the replies in this thread. If you don't think the conference is necessary you don't have to go.
